In a traditional R/C club scenario, the club rules, layout and accommodations are specifically designed for fixed winged flight while rotary winged flight, is merely tolerated on a very limited basis.  Here at SHARCS, we have grown to establish a permanent home for both, ROTARY and FIXED winged flyers. The club rules, layout and accommodations at SHARCS are specifically designed for concurrent rotary and fixed winged flight, thereby enhancing the R/C experience for all who visit SHARCS, THE HOME OF THE R/C ENTHUIAST. Finally, the purpose of SHARCS AMA charted club # 3271 is to create and maintain for all time, a home field for all R/C pilots, to enjoy the sport of R/C flight in harmony.
